When making their Mellona Maple Syrup and while still hot, they pour it into the finest Kentucky Bourbon barrels and age it for approx 6 months..

Resulting in a great tasting maple syrup !!

Great for use on cheeses, meats, breads (and as always, pancakes and waffles!)
