Slow Flow Yoga & Live Cello

Join Yoga with hailee for a 90 minute slow flow class. This class is a combo of gentle hatha & restorative yoga. This class will take place in our beautiful church side, twinkle lights, candles & all of the magic. Bring your own mat is recommended but we do have some extras.

Amber cello will be joining us on this magical evening. Amber Cello creates improvisatory soundscapes for restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation. These musical meditations are designed to support rest & reflection. Echoes from the North have been presented at Breathe Yoga Studio, Equinox, Cassandra Elizabeth Wellness Boutique, Margot Stokreef Yoga, County Fields & Forest, and Saje. amber is delighted to bring Echoes from the North to the County Emporium.
