Vegan Chili

This one is a bit spicy, loaded with lots of beans (chick peas, black beans and kidney bean) and vegetables (red pepper, carrot, onion, tomatoes). This dish will warm you up whenever its cold and keep you energized!

Ingredients: tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, onion, carrot, celery, red pepper, green onion, canola oil, garlic, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, kosher salt

Stove: From frozen or defrosted, heat in saucepot until warm.

Microwave: From frozen or defrosted, in microwave safe container, heat until warm.
