Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we can only offer exchanges unless delays were caused by shipping issues. We're reasonable people and want to work with you to find a solution.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Personal care and intimate items (menstrual cups, nipple covers, lipstick, deodorant, bar soap, cleansing wipes)
- Next-to-skin clothing and hosiery
- Gift cards
Proof of Purchase Required
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process returns. We're happy to help look up your receipt if needed. Please note that items must have been purchased from The County Emporium to be eligible for return—we cannot accept returns for products purchased elsewhere, even if we carry similar items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded—only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We're happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. While regular wear and tear is to be expected, you should expect quality from our shop, and we stand behind our products. If you experience any issues, please let us know—we'd like to help you resolve it.

Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
