SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
As a small store with varying hours throughout the week, processing times may vary. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Please note that we are open Thursday through Sunday, and products are not shipped Monday through Wednesday unless you contact us and receive confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada (Domestic): Free shipping on orders over $125 CAD; orders under $125 CAD will have shipping costs calculated at checkout
  • Ontario (Local Delivery): Available in select areas—please contact us for information
  • United Kingdom: Shipping available (delivery times based on availability at time of purchase)
  • United States: We have currently paused all US orders due to customsdelays and customer dissatisfaction with delivery times. Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us as a small business, and we don't want to disappoint you with delays beyond our control. We are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis—please contact us directly if you'd like to discuss your order. Please note that 35% border tariffs do apply to US orders.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We offer both standard and express shipping options where available.

Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times may vary as we are a small store with hours that vary throughout the week. Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada (Domestic): 5-10 business days
  • Ontario (Local Delivery): 3-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: Based on availability at time of purchase

Oversized Items
Larger items may require special shipping arrangements with additional fees calculated at checkout.
